Samsung Led Wallet Case Not Working

I haver tried rebooting in many different ways.

I got the led wallet case for my galaxy s8 about 5 months ago and when i did a system update on my phone the led notification 297685 5.

Known issue and samsung is refusing to admit it. Not sure when it stopped working but same issue. Samsung phone is not recognizing fingerprints. No activity on leds no matter what.

It is not wallet friendly. At first i assumed the ribbon cable got damaged but after seeing everyone else having issues i hope samsung will resolve this soon. I purchased the s10 on pre order and purchased the led view wallet cover also at the same time. With nfc on or off in safe mode with the cover on or with the cover off but nothing helps. On the front cover led lights will notify you of incoming calls messages current time and more. However it only sounds on the first ring. It is not light. Has this happened to anyone else.

It may slightly slow down wireless. Has this happened to anyone else. Screw paying 80aud again for a case like this. The 64 99 list price is probably too high for many owners.

After the january update it has stopped working. There is no kickstand as in galaxy s9 clear view cover.
