Lead your wiring down through the vent pipe and through the grommet leaving the grommet around the wires loose outside the pipe.

Insert the weatherproof cable glands and tighten them down run each cable through a cable gland and into the hole don t tighten yet.
I know i know i said drill a hole if you have other access like a rooftop refrigerator vent by all means use it but i did not.
Consider running an exterior grade conduit pipe or hose instead of the wire especially for long runs.
